By using this website and purchasing services from YourSmileCAD, you agree to the following:

1. Services Provided
YourSmileCAD provides digital dental CAD design services exclusively to licensed 
dental professionals and laboratories.

2. No Manufacturing
YourSmileCAD does not manufacture, sell, or distribute physical medical devices. 
We provide digital design files only.

3. Professional Responsibility
The purchasing dental professional is solely responsible for clinical application, 
manufacturing, and patient use of the final restoration.

4. Intellectual Property
All design files delivered are for the purchasing client's use only and may not 
be redistributed.

5. Limitation of Liability
YourSmileCAD's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific design service.

6. Eligibility
Services are available only to licensed dental professionals, dental laboratories, 
or authorized business entities. By purchasing, you confirm you meet this requirement.

7. Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely via Shopify. Payment is required before design 
work begins.

8. Delivery
Digital design files are delivered electronically via secure file transfer within 
the stated turnaround time. It is the client's responsibility to ensure they can 
receive and open STL/CAD files.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States.
